Al Hemer Music is in support of copyright laws, and as a result, will accept no returns on printed music for any reason. Please do not place your order unless you are absolutely sure of the accuracy of your ordering information.

Pricing Policy
All printed music prices are set by the publishers and are subject to change without notice. Our policy is to update pricing information on the website as we become aware of the changes. It is possible that a customer, on occasion, may not be aware of a recent change upon ordering. We can not be held responsible for publisher pricing mistakes or sudden price increases.

Purchase Orders
If your institution or organization requires you to use a purchase order number, please call our toll free number during normal business hours so that we may give you appropriate service.

Out of Print Music & Backorders 
If an item is PERMANENTLY OUT OF PRINT, and our inventory on that item is exhausted, we will not be able to procure a copy for you. You will be notified immediately of this situation.

If an item is TEMPORARILY OUT OF PRINT, that means the publisher has run out of copies and is in the process of reprinting. If our inventory is exhausted on that item, we will cancel the title with you. Upon doing this, we will make every effort to notify you of the reprint date so you can replace your order in a timely fashion. We do not backorder.
