Understand that I have no stake whatsoever in his business and this reply is completely unsolicited. For any of you who haven't used them before, please believe me when I tell you that their customer service and speed are absolutely second to none. They go above and beyond the call of duty to meet your deadlines (which is great when you forget, until the last minute, to secure adjudicator scores as often as I do!), try to work with virtually any billing idiosyncrasies thrown at them (my business office seems to change their policies with the wind), do all the research leg-work to find obscure/out of print charts, know the NYSSMA manual inside and out, and often follow up on orders to be sure they've been received/relate any delays from the publishers, etc. And, more importantly, they're always extremely friendly and cordial....which is getting more and more rare in customer service these days. :)
